St Anthony’s Novena

The annual Novena to St Anthony continues in the Friary Ennis until the feast of St Anthony on Saturday 13th June. Fr Tom Ryan will lead the novena this year and there will be two sessions daily at 10am and 7.30pm. The Sunday session on 7th June will be at 11am. Petitions can be sent to the Franciscan Friary, Francis Street, Ennis, Co Clare. On Saturday St Anthony’s feast day, the blessing of lilies will take place at both sessions and there will be a special blessing of children at 4pm in the friary.

Are you unable to come to Sunday Mass? Your situation may be due to short or long term illness. There may be other reasons preventing you from leaving your home. If this notice applies to you and you wish to receive Holy Communion at home, please contact Fr Tom on 087 2349816 who would be more than happy to visit and bring you Holy Communion. It is important to remember you are valued members of our parish community.

Summer Social Outing: will take place on Wednesday, June 10ᵗʰ, bus leaving Quin Church Gate at 9.30am sharp. Picking up at Clooney Church at 9.45am, returning to Village Inn Quin at approx. 6pm. Fee €20.00 per person. Please book your seat by calling or texting with your name(s) and your pick-up point to Fionnuala on 087 626 1681 or Kay on 087 219 6141 before Friday June 5th. Come along and catch up with good friends & we welcome new guests from our community.
