The Killaloe Diocese is for the first time since covid bringing sick and as-sisted pilgrims to Lourdes this June. This is very welcome for many sick and terminally ill people who wish to go to Lourdes, pray at the Grotto and experience a little bit of heaven on this earth. The appeal this weekend helps support these very special pilgrims.

The June Diocesan Pilgrimage is now fully booked. Bookings open for the Autumn pilgrimage leaving from Shannon Airport, Monday 30th Sept, returning Saturday 5th October. Bookings with joewalshtours.ie
Children’s Liturgy 1.00am Mass on Sunday is open to all children in the parish up to second class. It involves proclaiming the Gospel in an accessible way to the Children, reflecting on its meaning and responding in prayer with an activity related to the Gospel story. Milford Care Centre will be hosting its annual Service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving at Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Castletroy, on Sunday May 12th 2024 at 3pm for those people who have died under our care in Milford Care Centre and across our community services. Mass for Exam Students on Sunday 2nd June at 11am in St Mary’s Church Quin.
Next weekend the Annual collection for the Sacristans of Clooney and Maghera will take place and the appeal in St Mary’s Church is to help with the cleaning of the Church. Our thanks to our Sacristans and all who help care and keep our three Churches clean and tidy.
