The death has occurred (peacefully) at The Mater Private Hospital Dublin of  Very Rev. Michael Collins.  Parish Priest of Quin, Clooney and Maghera.  Formerly of St.  Anthony’s Terrace, Ennis and former Parish Priest of Roscrea, Co. Tipperary. Son of the late Kevin and Máire and brother of the late Kevin and Fiachra.

Deeply regretted by his family, many cousins and relatives, Fr. Des Hillery, Diocesan Administrator and the priests of the Killaloe Diocese, his parishioners and great friends.

Reposing on this Friday evening 20th February at The Parochial House, Quin from 5.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m. Reposing on Saturday evening at St. Mary’s Church, Quin from 5.00 p.m. with prayers at 8.00 p.m. Requiem Mass on Sunday at 3.00 p.m. followed by burial in the Church Grounds.
