Quin Heritage History Project: Over the next few months local volunteers will undertake a Heritage Audit of the Quin area. This has been made possible by a grant of €4,000 from the Heritage Council. Your input in this project would be most warmly welcomed. We need old photographs or information on traditions, characters, events, folklore, archaeology and history to help build the fascinating story of Quin. We encourage individuals, families, experts and enthusiasts to come and give us a hand. If you think you might be available please contact Siobhan O’Sullivan (087) 412 4337 or Yvonne Gallagher (087) 273 6324. Alternatively you can email us on [email protected] In the meantime we wish to thank Quin Tidy Towns for supporting the launch of this project.
